great room,, but some amenities needed attention

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. I loved the city view, with plenty of natural light coming in during the day. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by various convenience stores and dining options.

Some amenities in the bathroom seemed outdated and could use improvement.

Think that this absolutely great hotel is beyond compare, thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue is clean and spacious with helpful and friendly staff members. The hotel has the restaurant for dinner.

My 7 nights in Osaka were enjoyable. The room was decent sized and new-fashioned, included with washing machine, high-quality electrical appliances, for instance. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Ogimachi Park. Convenience stores and interesting independent shops were right next door.

Its location within a close distance from Kuchu Teien Observatory Observation Deck was comfy.

Finding the apartment was a frustrating experience. We struggled for 2.5 hours with our heavy luggage just to reach the entrance from Umeda Station, as there were no clear signs. The lack of onsite staff made it challenging to ask for assistance when we needed it, and having to wait an entire day for an iron was very disappointing.

The stay was pleasant and spacious. The location was just a short walk from several restaurants and convenience stores. I particularly appreciated the washing machine in the unit, which was super handy. The balcony added a nice touch for relaxing after a busy day. It was a comfortable home base while exploring the city.

The location is fantastic between train stations made it easy to go everywhere. The apartment was spacious enough for us 4 and well equipped with a kitchenette which was super useful.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable overall.

Bon condominium umeda has great facilities, like a smart door lock and a powerful shower. The room was clean and well-furnished. It's conveniently located near trains and there's a handy shop downstairs. I particularly loved the quick washing machine, made doing laundry so easy!
